A&E straight from work about my knee

doc said that it was probably twisted in my sleep and didn't think it was arthritis ! strong pain killers and crutches and week off work (feel exceptionally sorry for the girls at work as we are so so short staffed as it is) - feel sick with the painkillers and quite dreadful really. hope it gets better very soon.
