Another 1lb off for me

it's coming off very slowly - but maybe that is better than losing it quickly - but would have liked to have got my half stone award today - half a pound to go. Having said that I am now 1 stone 6lb's lighter than I was when I joined sw in 2010 - just got to make sure I keep it off this time around................how many times have I said that "! Knee still bad makes me feel sick - and the medication too
