dissapointed today

10.13 this morning again, by the skin of my teeth.  have gone completely off track (although still exercising) but food wise I will be dreadful with bloods if I don't reign myself in. So fed up eating crap.  Was going to be good today and then ended up eating loads of fruit and nut mix - around 400 calories (but no breakfast) then out to TGI fridays for our free meal with Korin and she bought me my meal had sticky jack daniels chicken - gorgeous but very sweet and naughty - then tonight went and ate a chocolate Lucy Lamb.  OMG I feel sick, I REALLY must get myself back together.

10.13 haven't been in the 10's for such a long long time

and loads of chocolates - which I didn't eat all of but have almost finished them off since having my bloods done today......I hope I have brought my points down on my diabetes scale, only a few days until results.  Let it be - PLEASE

Walking with Leslie Sansone

Good video ............. off you tube.  Have Walked Walked Walked so far this week around 20 miles - considering I was such a couch potato when I first started my fitness regime at the end of October 17 I have exercised from 15 mins twice a day to now doing around an hour each day, including joining the gym.  Have only been to gym twice this week because of the snow - hate bad weather, but as soon as it has gone I will go back with a vengeance - spending around an hour there working out.  I cannot believe this transformation of mine, I hope I keep it up.  And the good news is that I am now 11 stones in weight so I have lost around 20lb's - feeling so much better in myself.  Just hope this jippy knee holds out.
